SUBMISSION PORTAL

REMINDER

All teams are to submit before 16 November 2025, 11:59pm CET to qualify for the hackathon prizes.

All projects submitted for this hackathon must be fresh and new.

However, participants who are building upon an existing or past projects are allowed to do so provided that they make significant improvements and progress to the project during the official hacking period, and provide a detailed explanation of these improvements during their submission. For such projects, judges will only assess the improvements made to the project during the course of the hackathon.

REGISTER

Make sure ALL members of your team have registered for the hackathon. If anyone isn’t, register now!

Only 1 (one) representative from the team will need to submit the project on behalf of the team. All teams are encouraged to submit as soon as possible before the deadline to avoid last-minute submissions and missing the deadline.

Begin your submission via this portal. If all the submission items are not yet completed, you may put placeholders.

If you need to make edits or updates to your submission, you may do so before the submission deadline via the unique login link in the submissions confirmation email sent to your registered email.

After the submission deadline has passed, the organizing team may reach out to you via your registered email for clarifications about your project submission. If you / your team receives such an email, please respond within 12 hours or your submission may be disqualified.
